Corn Comments Podcast with Jim Woster.

Jim Woster delivers the facts about ethanol in this week’s Corn Comments segment. BIG OIL and environmental extremists continue in their attempt to tear down America’s clean-burning renewable fuel and the farmers who help make it all possible with misinformation, old statistics and wild assumptions.

Here are the facts:

American ethanol reduces oil imports by 462 million barrels per year.

Just by ethanol being in the marketplace helps average fuel consumer save over a dollar per gallon at the pump and saves the average American family over $1,200 per year.

The ethanol industry has created nearly 400,000 good-paying jobs across rural America.

Ethanol reduces toxic vehicle emissions. Greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by over 50% when compared to gasoline.
