Congratulations to this year’s high school, technical and university graduates and best of luck in their future endeavors.
As Jim Woster notes during this week’s Corn Comments, there are opportunities aplenty across the state of South Dakota working in agriculture. Much of the demand has stemmed from the increased use of technology and data collection that requires technically skilled folks to implement and service the latest software and machinery. Employers from all aspects of agriculture continue to praise the ability of graduates coming out of Lake Area Tech, South Dakota State University and others as they hit ground running, ready to make a difference through their work in the state’s number one industry.
Woster has one simple message for this year’s graduates, “Go Get ‘Em!”
