30th Annual Corn Cob Open
June 10, 2021
Join the South Dakota Corn Growers Association, farmers, agribusiness and political leaders for the 30th Annual Corn Cob Open, a South Dakota-style scramble. In this format, each team's players hit from the teebox, then the team members choose the best of the four shots for the next shot. All team members then play the second shot from that location, and again choose the best shot.
The four-player scramble will take place at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort in Larchwood, IA on June 10th, 2021. The course will feature fun games and activities throughout 18 holes of play.
Register your team of four now for a time slot either during the morning session (7 am - 10 am), midday (10 am - 1 pm) or an afternoon session (1 pm to 4 pm). Each team will be choose a tee time on a first come, first serve basis, with teams teeing off every ten minutes. A representative from the South Dakota Corn office will reach out to reserve your team's time slot choice.
Registration fees:
$150 per golfer for current SDCGA members
$350 for non-members - This cost includes a 3-year membership for the golfer to SDCGA and their golf registration. For more info on membership and additional benefits, click here.
Registration fees include:
- Greens fees, cart rental and access to the driving range
- Breakfast and lunch for morning session golfers
- Lunch and dinner for afternoon session golfers
- Snacks throughout the course and 2 beverage tickets per golfer
- Goodie bags for golfers at check-in
Participants will have the opportunity to swing for prizes at every hole and the top three teams of the day will be awarded prizes.
