Welcome to Corn Comments! I'm Candi Briley from the South Dakota State Fair. We are brought to you today by the South Dakota Corn Utilization Council, a volunteer group of farmers who promote corn marketing in this state, the U.S., and around the globe.
The South Dakota State Fair kicks off on August 31st with Value Added Ag Day AND South Dakota’s Largest Classroom!
Value Added Ag Day is a great opportunity to learn from agricultural businesses and federal, state, and local agencies.
South Dakota’s Largest Classroom is the state’s largest field trip! Students, teachers, and chaperones can attend for free. Students will learn about science, agriculture, and technology and will enjoy a free lunch.
