Doors open at 7:30am. Meeting starts at 8am. A vote by the membership body present on the Board of Director candidates from each district that currently is represented by a Director whose term is ending and new at-large Director candidates. Information provided in writing on any changes to the SDCGA Bylaws and action to rescind by the regular voting membership, if applicable. Consideration of resolutions pursuant to SDCGA bylaws, Article VI, Section 5*
