Recently, in Iowa, USDA Deputy Secretary Stephen Vaden remarked that he, “…was clear that antitrust laws are to be enforced in this country and that farmers should depend on the price quoted being a result of competition and not collusion.” He continued on to say, “I was honored to join the "Fed Up" hearing, and stand ready to continue engaging to ensure free and fair markets for fertilizer and other critical inputs.
