Fuels America Coalition Launched

To combat the misinformation and countless attacks on the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), a coalition called “Fuels America” has been formed to fight back and inform folks about the real benefits that homegrown energy brings to our communities and consumers.

Fuels America is founded on a simple core principle: Renewable fuel is good for the U.S. economy, for our nation’s energy security and for the environment.

South Dakota Corn is proud to be a part of this grassroots effort to tell the story about how the RFS has strengthened America’s rural communities through job creation, local investments and clean energy infrastructure. Now is not the time to halt the innovation and progress that has been made during the past decade.

We must protect the economic, security and environmental benefits that renewable fuel brings to the country. We must avoid near-term decisions that imperil America’s rural communities, investors, and energy security. We must protect the Renewable Fuel Standard.
