South Dakota Corn’s request:

South Dakota Corn is seeking a partner to design and layout the 2023 SD Corn Annual Report.

The communications department at SD Corn will provide photography, data, and copy for the annual report with all other assets provided by the design partner. We are seeking a partner that can take the compiled information and create an aesthetically pleasing booklet that will be sent to farmers, agri-business professionals, and Friends of South Dakota Corn. The booklet will be 24 to 28 pages, full color, and designed to a standard mailing size.

Furthermore, South Dakota Corn will work with a local print partner to print and mail the annual report. Please do not include these line items in your proposal.

About us:

South Dakota Corn brings two distinct organizations together to achieve a common goal. The South Dakota Corn Growers Association and the South Dakota Corn Utilization Council work hand-in-hand to improve the lives of South Dakota farmers and increase the economic impact to our state.

Requirements:

  • The selected partner will provide all design files, a print-ready version, a digital version, and a final cover graphic for the sdcorn.org website and social media channels.
  • Design and layout must be completed by December 11, 2023.
  • Unlimited edits are required without additional fees. Edits will be within reason for both parties and agreed upon prior to project start.
  • The selected partner will use the brand guidelines set forth by SD Corn.

Stipulations:

  • Contractor must be based in South Dakota.
  • SD Corn owns collateral, design files, finished files, and digital assets.
