SOUTH DAKOTA SOYBEAN AND SOUTH DAKOTA CORN TEAM UP FOR DAKOTAFEST 2023

Sioux Falls, SD August 9, 2023 – South Dakota Soybean and SD Corn are collaborating to celebrate corn and soybeans and the farmers who grow them at Dakotafest 2023, August 15-17th in Mitchell, SD. Visitors can meet South Dakota farmers and industry experts as well as enter to win $1,000 in corn ethanol plus 4 Goodyear TIRES made from soybeans! Their tent is located in Seed Row.

Chad Blindauer, President of SDCUC, shares, “We’re looking forward to having the opportunity to talk with fellow corn growers throughout the day as well as having the honor of welcoming Administrator Marcia Bunger and Administrator Zach Ducheneaux at our tent. It’s been a busy year, so having the opportunity to talk about our activities with our peers is time well spent.”

David Struck, Chairman of the South Dakota Soybean Checkoff, invites everyone to visit the Corn/Soybean tent at Dakotafest, “We welcome farmers and non-farmers to drop by and learn how our organizations are working to ensure a prosperous future for South Dakota.”

Dave Ellens, President of South Dakota Corn Growers Association (SDCGA) notes, “Just having returned from Washington, D.C. and Corn Congress we have lots to share about how we are making an impact on the farm bill. We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Dakotafest!”
