Fully committed to Agriculture, Jennifer Feistner has worked within both the seed & chemistry business for more than 20 years. Jennifer is currently the Agronomic Experience Digital Strategy Lead within Bayer Crop Science. Within this role, Jennifer is collaborating within cross functional teams within Bayer to bring agronomic data forward using analytics and finding the best interface to share information to growers, dealers and stakeholders. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Regional Business Lead for the Northern Plains within Bayer Crop Science for the area of North Dakota, South Dakota, Northern Minnesota, Wyoming & Eastern Montana providing sales management for DEKALB/Asgrow, Channel, Rea Hybrids, and the crop protection business.
From a personal perspective, Jennifer is located on a farm near Woonsocket with her husband, Brian. When asked about their experiences, Jennifer said “We are 100% agriculture in our household from the farm to my role at Bayer, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have had the unique experience of learning and launching advancements from the Bayer R&D pipeline while watching them come to life on our family farm.”
Jennifer is a graduate from Augustana University with a degree in Business Administration & Accounting and is a CPA. From a personal standpoint, Jennifer is a community supporter through 4H and her local church.
