Agriculture Risk and Price Loss Coverage Deadline is March 15, 2024

The annual Agriculture Risk and Price Loss Coverage programs’ deadline for changes to elections and enrollment for 2024 closes on March 15. If producers fail to make a revised election, the Farm Service Agency will default to your prior selection for 2023. Don’t forget that acres enrolled in ARC are not eligible for Supplemental Coverage Option through the Risk Management Agency. However, the Enhanced Coverage Option is available regardless of your farm program choice, but cannot be elected if you have a Margin Protection policy.
