New Information on the VeraSun Bankruptcy Preference

The National Corn Growers Association released additional information today on responding to the VeraSun Bankruptcy Preference. The information includes additional defenses to be considered by producers. The new defenses can be found under part 3 at this link with the rest of the original NCGA response guide.

Please don’t forget about the public meeting that will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, September 14, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the downtown Holiday Inn in Sioux Falls. The meeting will take place in the International East room on the lobby level.
