Public Meeting to be held on VeraSun Bankruptcy Preference

A public meeting in regards to the recent VeraSun bankruptcy preference letters received by local producers will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the downtown Holiday Inn in Sioux Falls. The meeting will take place in the International East room on the lobby level.
The meeting is open to the public and attorney(s), Mark Meierhenry and/or Patrick Glover, will be on hand to answer questions. Meierhenry and Sargent LLP is not your legal representation unless you decide to hire the firm.
