South Dakota Governors Candidate Forum to be held April 8

A Governor’s Candidate forum focused on agriculture and energy in South Dakota will be presented by the South Dakota Corn Growers Association (SDCGA) and the American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE) with candidates for South Dakota’s next Governor.

Through a question and answer format, the candidates will share their views at the forum scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2010 at the Downtown Holiday Inn in Sioux Falls.

Beginning at 10 a.m., each candidate will be given 5 minutes for opening statements. Following opening statements, submitted questions from the audience will be presented by the moderator, and each candidate will have the opportunity to respond. The forum will include time for rebuttals and closing statements. The Forum will be limited to 2 hours, ending at Noon.
