WOTUS Rule Blocked by Federal Judge

Late this afternoon, Chief Judge Ralph Erickson of the U.S. District Court for North Dakota issued a decision granting a request for a preliminary injunction against the EPA’s Waters of the U.S. rule. The injunction appears to be indefinite and applies to 13 states including South Dakota, meaning the rule will NOT go into effect tomorrow as was previously the case.
