Welcome to Corn Comments! I'm Darren Hefty with Ag PhD. Brought to you by the South Dakota Corn Utilization Council, a volunteer group of farmers who promote corn marketing in this state, the U.S., and around the globe.
Ag event season is upon us! South Dakota Corn will be part of many of your favorite summer events, including the Ag PhD Field Day in Baltic on Thursday, July 27th.
The Ag PhD Field Day is a great place for the whole family! Come out to the farm for education and entertainment. Highlights include the Vanguard Squadron’s aerial show, powered completely by corn ethanol, music, panels, ag personalities, a Kids Zone with ag-based fun and activities, and, of course, guided tours of our Ag PhD research plots.
